The remodeling we needed would take approximately eight weeks. Our open house was in four weeks, and we could not shut down the offices. We needed help.

The work included remodeling all of the bathrooms on all three floors, remodeling an entrance foyer, remodeling the kitchen, painting the interior of the building, and overhauling the landscaping among other smaller projects like replacing the light fixtures on the exterior of the building.

JCAT was able to pull everything together prior to the Open House. They ran the vacuum everyday, sometimes several times a day. They kept the construction traffic and noise contained. We were able to conduct business while they completed the work and most importantly, they brought it in on time!
