Do you provide residential property maintenance?

Yes. We do provide the same type of “One Point” service for residential clients who want just one person to manage their property regardless of size and scope.

Will you build a commercial building from the ground up?

No. Our primary focus is commercial property maintenance and interior construction management, such as tenant build-outs. Once the building is up, we will complete the interior to your specifications and provide ongoing maintenance for the structure and the grounds.

How much do you charge?

All of the jobs we do are completely customized. It is impossible to provide a price sheet and rarely will we provide an estimate over the phone. When you’re ready to start your project, we will schedule some time to review the plans with you onsite. Our estimates are very accurate and any potential problem areas are discussed up front. Like our clients, we only appreciate good surprises.

Do you charge for estimates?

Usually, the answer is “no”. On larger more complex jobs however, where the client is requesting intricate detail of how a project will be completed, we may spend significant hours compiling necessary documentation and schedules. We have charged as much as $1500 for this work because it essentially explains how to do what we do. When awarded the project, the estimating fee is always credited towards the cost of the project.
